I adore your minimal style! Its so cute and expressive and even with the minimalism, it still has so much personality and character! 
I'm also having fun coloring it right now. I'm doing blocks of color rather than filling in the lines (my usual), but I wonder how it would look like if I use my regular coloring style (the super detailed one) on your minimal style? Worth an experiment!
