Alright, so I said
I was done with the derpy selfies, but then I remembered I'd been wanting to try my hand at the Time Warp meme floating around.Tellos
cover copyright Mike Wieringo. It was an image I'd ganked from Google images. (Too lazy to try and draw it myself.)
It's just a jump to the left
Then a step to the right
With your hands on your hips
You bring your knees in tight
But it's the pelvic thrust
That really drives 'em insaaaa-aaa-aaa-ane
No, I can't think of the words "Time Warp" without doing the appropriate dance.
For anyone out there who's seen The Rocky Horror Picture Show
, I DARE you to not sing along with that particular dance number.

The ages 3 and 13 were actually quite formative to my desire to draw.
From 2-3, my life consisted of all the cartoons I could possibly watch. TV was my lifeblood. If it was animated, I wanted to watch it.
At the age of 13, I'd discovered the graphic novel Tellos
, by Todd Dezago and Mike Wieringo, and I realized comics could tell a story in a format other than the Sunday cartoon strips. What followed was a desire to make my OWN comics and characters. (Let's ignore the fact that I haven't made any great steps in that direction lately--the future could hold bright and wonderful things! Maybe.)
