My Christmas picture to my sister--the character Halt, from the Ranger Apprentice books by John Flanagan.

I forgot he had a longbow and black arrows. Crap. Ah well, perhaps he had to borrow someone else's archery equipment. (Cut me some slack, I only read the books once and it was earlier this year.) *my head's had time to let these things slip out*

(I don't know if it was intentional, or an accident, but my sister created a ranger in the game "Temple of elemental Evil" and I SWEAR she's actually playing Halt. She even picked a gruff voice and stays mostly silent throughout our playing sessions.) XDD
